Not all bag products are created equal

A few extra handy tips to remember

  1. Potting mix is JUST for pots – It is purposely made to keep plants alive in pots and has very little actual soil content. Definitely not suitable when planting in the ground.
  2. You get what you pay for.  This really is the case with garden bag products. Look for the ‘Premium ranges’ as they are more nutrient rich, better quality and have things like slow release fertilisers and water retention agents (potting mix) added to them. All of which are very important!
